I do my best to defuse the situation by discussing the issue at hand in a calm, quiet voice, and I always listen to what the other person has to say. And I behave in a perfectly reasonable manner.  Really I do. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, so sometimes I get a little excited. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey, what's so funny?</content>
